What is GoNatural Rewards?
GoNatural Rewards is a free loyalty program for customers of American Natural branded convenience stores.
How do I sign up for GoNatural Rewards?
You can sign up with or without a GoNatural Rewards card. Either download the Go Natural Rewards app and complete registration or click here to sign up online.
How do I earn rewards at an American Natural location?
Earning rewards is easy at American Natural! You will earn points for fuel purchases as well as inside purchases that can be redeemed for merchandise inside the store. As a GoNatural Rewards member, you can receive discounts on gas of up to 20 cents per gallon right at the pump, as well as points that can be redeemed for merchandise inside the stores!
How do I redeem rewards?
You must complete the registration process to activate your GoNatural Rewards membership to redeem rewards. Scan the barcode in your GoNatural Rewards app, enter your GoNatural Member Number (which is your phone number) at checkout or swipe your card to earn product discounts, free items and more.
Are any items excluded from my rewards purchases?
Yes, tobacco, alcohol, lottery, milk and gift cards will be excluded from your rewards tally.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards?
Rewards redeemed within the app as well as points earned will expire 30 days + 12 months from the date they are earned.
How do I find my member number?
Your member number is the phone number you used when you created your GoNatural Rewards. You can find your GoNatural Member Number in the app by tapping the barcode icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
About GoNatural Pay
What is GoNatural Pay and what is the benefit?
GoNatural Pay is an upgrade to GoNatural Rewards that lets you pay with your GoNatural Rewards account. Simply link your GoNatural Rewards to your checking account to enable ACH debit transactions, and by using GoNatural Pay, you’ll receive additional instant price rollbacks at the pump. There are no enrollment fees or finance charges. Additionally, your participation will not impact your credit rating.
How do I get a GoNatural Pay account?
Download the Go Natural Rewards app and complete registration under the pay tab.
How do I use GoNatural Pay?
Use it the same way you use any other debit card at the pump or pay using the Go Natural Rewards app. In the Go Natural Rewards app, select “Mobile Pay” and follow the prompts. With both methods, you may pay for purchases in-store and at the pump.
How do I receive my everyday fuel discount?
Swipe your card and enter your member number and PIN or select “Mobile Pay” in the app and follow the prompts. Then, watch the price instantly rollback.
How long does it take for the payment card account to become active?
Your account will either be activated immediately, or you’ll be sent an email with additional instructions to complete your enrollment. If you are not activated immediately, you may be required to provide additional information for security reasons, or you may be required to undergo a bank validation process. This process could take up to (3) business days after the enrollment date.
You are responsible for completing the bank verification step to activate the payment function. This step requires you to confirm two small test transactions that we post to your account for verification purposes.
If additional information is needed, you will be notified through subsequent email messages.
Once you complete any additional steps required, you will receive an email confirming that your payment account is now active.
What does it mean if I get an error stating that my email already exists when attempting to submit my enrollment for GoNatural Pay?
You have previously enrolled in a payment program powered by ZipLine (our card processing partner). To successfully submit your enrollment for the GoNatural Pay, be sure to enter the following enrollment information exactly as it appears in your existing ZipLine payment account:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Driver’s License Number
- Email Address

When can I start using GoNatural Pay after submitting my enrollment?
If you received a welcome email saying you are active and ready to go, you will need to wait 24 hours before using your GoNatural Pay as a method of payment at American Natural locations.
About My Account & Security
Can I share my account with someone or add another card to my account?
Rewards programs are based at an individual level, you are not able to have multiple rewards cards earning towards the same rewards account.
If you’ve added payment to your account, you may have multiple rewards cards associated with a single checking account.
How do I change my GoNatural Member Number?
To update your GoNatural Member Number, simply update your phone number in the Profile screen.
Why do you need my birthday?
Why do you need my email address?
Your account must be registered so that you can redeem your rewards and an email is required for account registration.
Is my information secure?
The security of your data is very important to our business. Except for providing information to participating merchants, we do not resell or disclose any information to a third party. Your enrollment data is kept safe in our secured database servers. If you have enrolled in the GoNatural Pay, the data you have provided is required to enable us to verify and link your information to your GoNatural Pay account to be able to perform ACH debit transactions. All bank information and PINs are encrypted as soon as your enrollment is submitted.
Why do you need my driver’s license information to enroll in GoNatural Pay?
It is important to recognize that you are issuing an electronic check when you use GoNatural Pay for payment. This is no different than writing a check at the supermarket and being asked to show your driver’s license as an ID. No information will be taken from the magnetic stripe on your driver license and the driver’s license will be used only to verify your identity as a participant in the program.
Why do you require the last four digits of my social security number for GoNatural Pay enrollment?
When you enroll in GoNatural Pay, the last four digits of the social security number are used for identity verification purposes (in addition to the other information you provided during enrollment), as an account security question and to protect you against fraud. The security of your data is very important to our business. Except for providing pertinent information to the participating merchant, we do not resell or disclose any information to a third party. Your enrollment data is kept safe in our secured database servers. This information is encrypted as soon as your enrollment is submitted.
I enrolled in GoNatural Pay then saw a small deposit and withdrawal in my bank account, what is this?
ZipLine may need to validate your enrolled bank account information to ensure that we have the correct account number, the account is open, and most importantly that the account belongs to YOU. We do so by submitting a deposit and withdrawal to your bank account. These “challenge” transactions are a test to confirm the validity of the account. The enrolled payment card account is not activated until this bank verification process is completed. You must confirm these two amounts once they appear in your account. A “verification” email will be sent to you, upon enrollment, which explains this activation process.
Is the USER ID/PIN with the GoNatural Pay the same as my current bank account PIN?
No. The User ID/PIN that you select can be any 4-digit number and does not have to be the same account as the current PIN that you use with your ATM or web ID to your bank account. It is important to remember your PIN to use this method of payment.
How do I change my PIN/ID?
You may change your PIN by logging into the member website or the member link provided on your merchant’s website. Once you log in, you will need to click on your card/mobile number, then select the “Update My PIN” option. If you forgot your current PIN, then click on “Forgot PIN?” and follow the directions sent via email to reset your PIN to whatever new PIN you want.
The magnetic stripe on my card is worn and does not work, what can I do?
It will be necessary to replace your GoNatural Pay card if the magnetic stripe does not work. If you picked up your original card at a store location, you will need to pick up a new card and call ZipLine Payment Customer Service at 877-403-2222 to add the new card and turn off the damaged card.
About GoNatural Pay Fees & Charges
Are there any fees to enroll or to use the programs?
Currently, there is not an enrollment fee and we do not charge a fee to the consumer for the use of the rewards or payment programs. Your GoNatural Pay account may be subject to an annual maintenance fee which would be properly disclosed at enrollment and/or prior to any fee amount being debited from your bank account. Also, your bank may charge fees relating to the ACH withdrawal of money from your checking account. Check with your bank for specific details. We do, however, charge a Return Fee if your bank returns a transaction unpaid. For this reason, we recommend that you have Overdraft Protection on the account used for your GoNatural Pay card transactions to potentially avoid additional return fees.
Do I get charged by my bank for an ACH transaction through this GoNatural Pay?
Most banks do not charge for ACH transactions submitted to a CHECKING account. This is the same method that is currently used for paying mortgage payments, car payments and any authorized debits from your bank account. It is possible that some banks may charge a monthly fee for such services so please check with your bank for details. Charges will apply from your bank and from ZipLine if your transaction is returned as unpaid (NSF, Account Closed/Frozen, etc.). The return fee will be the maximum amount permissible by state law. This fee is separate from any fees that your bank may impose for such returns. We recommend that you have Overdraft Protection on the account used for your GoNatural Pay card account transactions.
If I conduct a transaction and I do not have sufficient funds in my account, what will happen?
First, you should not conduct a transaction if you are aware that you do not have sufficient funds to cover the face amount of the transaction. If you do, the transaction will be returned by your bank and your GoNatural Pay program will be deactivated until you make good on your purchase. Returned transactions also result in a “Return Fee” permissible by state laws. ZipLine, or their assigned agents, will try to electronically collect the face amount of the transaction and the associated Return Fee on two attempts. If the company cannot collect through normal electronic means, your account will be flagged and referred to a collection service and your membership may be cancelled. We recommend that you have Overdraft Protection on the account used for your payment card account transactions to avoid additional return fees. By having Overdraft Protection with your bank, you may avoid our fees for any returned transactions.
Are there any limits on my GoNatural Pay account?
Yes. Transaction velocity/usage limits vary. Please call Customer Service at 877-403-2222 to find out what your usage limits are.
How do I keep track of my progress?
By participating in GoNatural Rewards, we’ll add each of your applicable purchases so you can easily track your progress in the app. You can also view your current deals in the Rewards and Save sections of the app.
Which locations participate in GoNatural Rewards and GoNatural Pay?
All merchandise discounts, free products, and cents per gallon savings can be redeemed at any participating American Natural location. Please visit https://americannatural.com/retail-locations/ for a list of our locations. Exxon and Sunoco locations do not participate in the program.
